Nanuku Beach Villas 40% Complete
We visited with Managing Director, Jeff Larsen, to get an update on construction progress for Phase 1 and 2 of the Nanuku Beach Villas. These 13 units are on track for completion this year, with foundations in and roof trusses and shingles being installed. Work has also started on the private plunge pools and housekeeping bures.
Once these fantastic villas come online, owners will start making fond memories here, and if they choose, place their villa in the resort rental pool to generate income when not in use.
