Lonely Planet recognizes Fiji as “best place” to visit

Fiji was recently selected by Lonely Planet as one of “the best places in the world to travel in 2016.” According to the poll, Lonely Planet scoured the globe, trekking to a number of locations far and wide, to determine the best countries, cities, and regions to visit in the coming year. Fiji has long been recognized as a South Pacific gem, offering visitors exotic beaches, soothing trade winds, lush vegetation, and gracious hospitality, courtesy of the local Fijians.
