Nanuku Auberge Resort wins coveted dining award
Fiji’s Nanuku Auberge Resort, located along a pristine beachfront in Pacific Harbour, recently won the prestigious “Dining Experience Award” at the 2016 ANZ Fiji Excellence In Tourism Awards. Using local ingredients and delighting guests with innovative interpretations of traditional Fijian cuisine, the Kanavata Restaurant and Lounge offers world-class cuisine that appeals to a wide range of palates.
The award was presented to Shashita Nand, Nanuku’s Director of Sales & Marketing, at a recent gala held at the Sheraton Fiji Resort Denarau Convention Centre. Ms. Nand commented, “We are proud to accept this award, as it reflects both our food and beverage department and culinary team’s commitment to the highest standard of quality and service that our guests come to expect.”
